Aura Loewe Pink Magnolia Loewe

Floral Fruity

Loewe is a Spanish luxury fashion brand specialising in leather, clothes, fragrances and accessories. It was founded a long time ago, back in 1846. Aure Loewe Pink Magnolia is my second experience with this brand, right after Loewe Solo Ella, and I was not keen on that one.

Pink Magnolia consists of a 20% concentration of essential oils. Hmm, quite interesting. I have not been into floral scents lately, especially now during winter, but magnolia has always been a gem. Let’s see.

Only four notes are stated: magnolia, red fruits, musk and sandalwood. I get the fruity side of the perfume together with musky magnolia. The impression is a sweet, sharp, in your face type of smell, extremely floral. What came to my mind right away is the reminiscence to the Penhaligon’s The Favourite – this sweet floral scent of meadow flowers – a mixture of mimosa, violet etc.

This is how Pink Magnolia by Loewe smells. It certainly is not the typical waxy lush magnolia aroma. The scent is simply not me. I would not wear it even if you pay me.

Aura Loewe Pink Magnolia smells like a sweet pungent mix of meadow flowers.
