Glamfume is a brand of the German online perfume shop ParfumDreams. I placed an order there twice and got my perfume packages safe and sound with legit perfumes. They gave me a sample of White Heaven Beach to try out. I am surprised that the Glamfume fragrance collection is actually quite pricey. You pay solid designer prices like Giorgio Armani, Burberry or Dolce & Gabanna. If you consider Sephora or Notino in-house brands, they tend to be cheaper than the rest of the stuff they sell.
Back to the scent, White Heaven Beach smells unique, it is not your regular celebrity or “perfumey” scent but do I particularly like it? The aroma opens with litchi and black currant that smell rather artificial. Then it quickly turns into vanilla and candies and becomes overbearingly sweet.
I admit that it is different but not particularly likeable from my point of view. I tested it only on a sample so one could argue you have to bury in the scent to write a proper review, so bare this in mind. The sample did not wow me, and definitely did not make me buy the full ticket. If I got a full bottle for free, would I be excited to wear White Heaven Beach at least then? I don’t think so. ParfumDreams may be a solid online retailer but when it comes to their own liquid creations, the time has not come, yet.
