thank you so much for your support. I appreciate it a lot. I have prepared the first bunch of perfume empties from 2024 for you. You know I do not take perfume purchases lightly and I am committed to use up my beloved fragrance bottles. If I seriously do not like a scent, I either return it or re-sell it as soon as possible. The most of my perfumes I am using and enjoying my life with them. Fragrance makes makes me feel alive!

Loverdose Red Kiss: A Hidden Treasure

I was impressed with Loverdose by Diesel a long time ago. It is a pretty amazing unique fragrance, under the radar, for a great price. I experience the same with this flanker Loverdose Red Kiss. It has something from the original DNA – intensity, aphrodisiac, and sweetness. However, it is different enough to have both in your collections people.

Red Kiss is certainly more mainstream in terms of likeability but it is outstanding in the floriental gourmand perfume family. Especially for the price! The opening is sugary, black currant … you think nothing special I smelled this before … but wait what comes next! Get ready for comforting cacao and hazelnut balanced with sour orange blossom and apricot. The gourmand nutty side really comes through and develops beautifully on the skin.

Even if you spray a lot of sprays (10), the perfume does not have a cloying effect. I will be wearing this during winter but you can easily take this one to bed with you.

Loverdose Diesel

Loverdose was launched in 2011 and was supposed to heavily attract the opposite sex. It is indeed a provocative and sweet scent for winter nights. You find soft spices like anise and licorice, then opulent white florals – jasmine and gardenia, and of course vanilla.

To me, it is a deep dark captivating licorice. I like licorice but prefer it in a friendlier brighter composition, something like Lolita Lempicka. We need more licorice perfumes by the way because there are not that many to choose from. Back on track, the performance of Loverdose is rather poor, it is not going to stay strong for long.

Overall, tempting licorice for the night, synthetic at times, hard to wear.

Fuel For Life Femme Diesel

Fuel For Life Femme Diesel is an interesting choice – for anyone, age regardless.

Uniquely, it opens with patchouli and then comes in white floral. It is a combination of sweetness and spiciness. It is surely a daytime scent; however, can be easily pulled off by night as well. Its warm base makes it more suitable for fall or winter. The right match for this perfume would be a sexy, confident and adventurous girl or lady.
