I am a huge fan of Donna EDP. This fragrance started my perfume journey. I got a sample at Sephora, loved the scent but did not buy it. Then I got home and was obsessed with the aroma. I wanted to buy it online but sadly, I forgot the name. After some time, I tracked it down like Sherlock Holmes and finally bought it and never regretted it. I used it up very fast; however, have not repurchased since then. Now, after six years, I got my hands on Donna EDT and it brings me back. It is the same smell but lighter, more summery. I had an issue with lasting of the original Donna but interestingly, this flanker does just fine.
Donnas are extraordinary! I do not know anything even slightly similar. You feel it in the air and you know it is Donna Trussardi. The blending is perfect. You will find yuzu, melon and citron in the opening, jasmine tea, orange blossom and lotus in the heart, and vanilla, sandalwood, cedar, and a very tiny hint of patchouli in the base. The fragrance is airy, elegant, feminine, simply very special to me. But do you need both EDP and EDT? Hell no, they are almost identical.
Donna EDT smells like a lemon sorbet with watery florals and creamy sweet vanilla. 90/100
Shrnutí v češtině: Trussardi Donna EDP odstartovala moji dlouhodobou vášeň pro parfémy. V zimě v roce 2015 mi ji v Sephoře podstrčila prodavačka. Jak už to bývá, nekoupila jsem si ji hned. Vůně mi zůstala zarytá v paměti a když jsem se rozhodla, že ji chci, jak na potvoru jsem si nevybavila název. Vystopovala jsem ji jako Sherlock Holmes podle krémově bílého flakonu. Zaplaceno koupeno, měla jsem ji doma a nikdy nelitovala. Vypotřebovala jsem ji docela rychle, ale nekoupila si ji znovu. Na scénu přicházeli další parfémy a s něma tento blog alexaperfumes. Až nyní se mi do rukou dostala Donna EDT, její lehčí sestra na léto. Je vzdušná, jiskřivá a překvapivě dobře drží. Obě Donny jsou vyjimečné. Připomínají citronový sorbet s vodními květinami a sladkou vanilkou. Elegantní, ženské, a nenuceně rafinované.
